Marcus Inman

Strategy grounded in transaction work.

Marcus founded CNH after seeing how disconnected tools, inconsistent information, and fragmented processes hold back small business transactions. His experience in business brokerage and buy-side advisory shapes a practical product vision: connect the people, information, and decisions needed to move a deal forward.

A former U.S. Army infantry NCO, Marcus served two deployments in Iraq and as Operations NCOIC during the Kosovo mission. He later spent nearly a decade in veteran advocacy, including as an accredited Veterans Service Officer, and served as Executive Director of The Byron House. Those roles required disciplined execution, institutional coordination, and accountability to the people relying on him.

At CNH, Marcus leads company strategy, product direction, partnerships, and the development of an ecosystem that connects broker workflows, buyer and owner participation, advisory services, and structured transaction intelligence.

David Chrispen

Technology built around how people work.

David connects software engineering with firsthand experience in sales and client workflows. His background includes engineering support for .mil applications and Department of Defense-related projects, as well as work in real estate and insurance sales. That combination helps him translate complex requirements into systems people can use in their daily work.

A military veteran who served as a tanker, David brings an emphasis on reliability, structure, and execution to CNH’s technology development. He leads technology strategy, platform architecture, development oversight, and implementation across the ecosystem.

His focus is on bringing secure information exchange, document access, buyer qualification, and transaction coordination into a more consistent workflow. He works across the product roadmap to connect today’s user needs with the infrastructure required for CNH’s long-term growth.
